【重選篩分車簡介】

    本套設備為重選移動篩分車，主要用于各種礦物初步的選別工作，滾筒篩為雙層滾筒篩，外層篩網(wǎng)可以根據(jù)實際需求更換，可以適應各種規(guī)格的礦物選別工作。該篩分車處理量大、工作穩(wěn)定，可以配合其它重選選礦設備共同使用。

【流程概述】

原料通過工程機械送入振動料倉，首先篩選出大于8CM的不合格物料，減少滾筒篩磨損，增加工作效率；小于8CM的物料由上料輸送機送入滾筒篩內進行篩選分級，分為細料與粗料兩種規(guī)格。其中粗料（即廢料）直接通過廢料溜槽排出至指定區(qū)域；細料由細料輸送機輸送至指定區(qū)域。

Wherein the coarse material is discharged directly to the designated area through the oversize discharge chute; the fine material is conveyed to the designated area by the fine material conveyor.
